I do not accept insurance and am considered an out of network provider. I provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. I encourage clients to call their insurance provider to inquire about out of network reimbursement.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide as much notice as possible. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at the full session fee.

I provide virtual and in person therapy sessions. I am licensed to provide virtual therapy in California, New York, and Colorado. In person sessions are available in Solana Beach of San Diego, California.

You can contact me to schedule a free, 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs, assess fit, and have your initial questions answered. Then, we can schedule a 90 minute intake assessment to assess symptoms and begin to determine your therapy goals. After the initial appointment, we will develop a treatment plan and determine how frequently we will meet.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of treatment under the No Surprises Act.
